This policy explains, in plain language, what information moneytrains.net collects when you read this site, what we do with it, and how to contact us about it. There’s no separate account system here, nothing on this site requires you to register, and we don’t ask for your name, date of birth or payment details at any point.
What we collect
Like most websites, our server keeps basic technical logs when a page is requested — things like IP address, browser type and the page visited. We also use cookie-free, self-hosted analytics that report aggregate numbers, such as how many people viewed a page and roughly where from, without building an individual profile of any one visitor. We don’t run accounts, so we don’t hold usernames, passwords or payment details for anyone, and we don’t buy in data about you from anyone else.
Cookies
moneytrains.net itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If you click through to an online casino from one of our links, that casino’s own site may set cookies once you’re there — that happens on their side, under their own cookie and privacy policy, not ours.
Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links on this site lead to online casinos through an affiliate arrangement (see our affiliate disclosure for how that works). Once you follow one of those links you’re on a separate website that we don’t operate and don’t control, and your data there is covered by that site’s own privacy policy, not this one — it’s worth reading before you sign up anywhere. The same applies to any other outbound link on this site, including the help organisations listed on our responsible gambling page.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days and then removed. Aggregate analytics data isn’t tied to an individual visitor, so there’s no per-person record for us to delete beyond that log window. If you email us, we keep that correspondence only for as long as it’s useful for answering you or acting on a correction.
Keeping information secure
We take reasonable, proportionate steps to protect the limited technical data we hold, and access to it isn’t shared beyond what’s needed to keep the site running. Because we don’t collect passwords, payment details or other sensitive data in the first place, there’s a smaller footprint to secure than on a site with user accounts.
Your rights
If you’d like to know what information we hold that relates to you, or want anything deleted, email contact@moneytrains.net and we’ll respond directly and as promptly as we can. Because we don’t run accounts and don’t collect names or contact details unless you send them to us yourself — for example, by emailing us — most requests are straightforward to resolve.
Not for under-18s
moneytrains.net is written for an adult audience — 18 and over, or the legal gambling age in your country if that’s higher — and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the site changes, for instance if we add a new analytics tool or change how long logs are kept. The version on this page is always the current one.
